Shipping

We post orders from our Coffs Harbour practice by Australia Post. Most orders go out the same business day, and all within two business days.

Postage is A$12.05 for up to four tubes of toothpaste and A$19.95 for larger orders, and checkout shows the exact amount before you pay. The same rates apply to New Zealand. We only post to Australia and New Zealand.

Within Australia, delivery usually takes 2 to 8 business days after posting, and longer to remote areas. Parcels to New Zealand usually take one to three weeks.

Returns and refunds

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, or doesn’t arrive, contact us and we’ll refund you in full, including postage. You don’t need to send anything back.

Toothpaste is a personal hygiene product, so we can’t take back opened items if you change your mind. If you change your mind about an unopened item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and post it back to us. We’ll refund the item price when it arrives. Return postage is at your cost.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Terms of sale

  • The seller is Ethical Dental and Orthodontics, 166 Edinburgh Street, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450.

  • Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Postage is added at checkout.

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

  • If an item turns out to be out of stock after you’ve paid, we’ll contact you and refund you in full.

  • We handle your details under our Privacy Policy.
