Why have a dental lab on site?

Some dental practices outsource all of their dental lab work off site or even overseas.

We believe that certain challenges require the precision and artisan approach of a dedicated lab facility to give our patients a superior level of care. 

❋ 3D scanning and printing

Our ability to use 3D printing provides a high level of accuracy and planning. It also means that we can usually avoid traditional impressions that can make some people gag, and instead adopt a 3D scan approach which is fast and comfortable.

❋ On site milling

Our ability to mill resilient dental materials such as zirconia on site using best-practice techniques means that there is control of quality from start to finish. 

❋ Keeping it local

All of our lab work is done in Australia, and we do as much as we can on site. This means that all lab work meets the rigourous material and technique standards that exist in Australia.
